FOR INDIVIDUALS
Coaching for people ready to eat and live differently
As a board certified health and wellness coach and a chef, I help you figure out what to change, how to cook it, and how to make it stick in a busy life. No rigid diets. Real food, real routines, and support along the way.
A good fit if you’re:
- Managing a heart, metabolic, or digestive condition
- Feeding a family well without hours in the kitchen
- Rebuilding healthy habits after a big life change
ABOUT
I’ve watched food open doors that lectures never could.
I’ve been a chef for over 20 years and a teacher for most of them. I’ve cooked for celebrities, kids, patients, and students. Today I split my time between training the next generation of clinicians and working directly with people who want to feel better.
